Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Policy Pulse is a trading name of [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] ([company no.]), [registered address] (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@policypulse.example.
2. What we collect
This site has a single purpose: letting you request early access to Policy Pulse. We collect only business contact details — your name, company, and email.
We do not collect, infer, or store any health, reproductive, or other special-category data on this site. Please do not send us such information.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to handle your request for early access and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry (Art 6(1)(f)). This is a service communication, not marketing — there is no newsletter or marketing sign-up on this site.
4. Who processes your data
We use Brevo as our email service provider (data processor); your contact details are stored on Brevo’s systems within the EU. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not operate our own database, and we do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your request and our early-access programme, and no longer than [retention period]. [Confirm retention with counsel.]
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@policypulse.example.
7. Cookies, analytics & fonts
We aim to set no non-essential cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which is privacy-preserving; any token it uses is strictly necessary for security. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests are made to third parties.
8. Complaints
If you have concerns, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last reviewed” date above shows when it last changed.
